You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, controlling user access, and notifying us of any unauthorized account activity.

4. Intellectual Property

All product features, source materials, and platform content remain the property of GuardEon or its licensors unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, and service quality. Planned maintenance and critical updates may affect availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

GuardEon is provided on a commercial best-effort basis. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and contract terms between both parties.
